Interested in graduate studies in the fast-paced field of soft materials, but couldn’t join us on November 19th? Check out the slides from our event.
The Center for Research in Soft matter & Polymers (CRiSP) virtual recruitment event highlighted the breadth of innovative research taking place at the University of Delaware. In a conversation led by Dr. LaShanda Korley (photo above), Distinguished Professor of Materials Science & Engineering and Chemical & Bimolecular Engineering, we had faculty on-hand from our top materials-focused departments and centers:
- Biomedical Engineering (BME)
- Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering (CBE)
- Chemistry & Biochemistry (CHEM)
- Materials Science & Engineering (MSE)
- UD centers CRiSP, CHARM, and CPI
Participants had a chance to ask our faculty questions during a Q&A, where one of our EmPOWER mentorship leads along with a soft materials PhD student shared experiences about their research and life outside of the lab.
